. Working principle:
This machine can separate the PVC content from the PET flakes.
Process: the PET flakes come into the chain plate and delivered slowly forward, the chain plate is heated by electricity, the temperature can reach to 200 -230, this temperature is higher than PVC melting point and lower than PET melting point, thus the melted PVC contents will stick on the chain plate and PET flakes can go out for package. In the bottom of the machine has a device to get rid of the melted PVC contents from the chain plate. The speed of the feeder and the chain plate controlled by inverter, its easy to adjust the machines speed so let the PVC contents totally separated from PET flakes.
