Use:
It is suitable for printing web materials such as aluminum foil, paper(≤
120grm) etc. Shaftless pneumatic gas cap. Nine motors tension control
system. Auto register system and Video monitored system.The main control
system is PLC Panasonic, Japan. We use import element for control part
and key part of the machine.
Capability Characteristic:
Unwind, infeeding traction, outfeeding traction, rewind, front & back coating
unit are all used floating roll and AC vector motor close-loop tension control
system. (Nine motor tension control system0).
Printing cylinder use shaftless gas cap.
Rewind/unwind are Non-stop exchange web.
Parameter set and show in front and back double touch screen
Pneumatic pressure roll, parameter set and showing in touch screen.
Option for printing color numbers and reversal printing.
Option for dry method: steam or hot oil.
