Detailed Product Description
Use:
It is suitable for printing web materials such as BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, NY,
paper etc. The main control system is PLC Panasonic, Japan. We use
import element for control part and key part of the machine.
Capability Characteristic:
Unwind, infeeding adopt magnetic powder brake+ pressure sensor
composed close-loop control system; outfeeding adopt magnetic powder
brake+ pressure sensor composed close-loop control system; and rewind
adopt moment motor + pressure sensor close-loop tension control system.
Tension set and show by touch screen.
Rewind/unwind unit adopt separate turning double station institution.
Ink auto cycle
Film drying use auto constant temperature system, with inner cycle drying
box, exhaust air discharge and sirocco recycled device.
Auto register control system.
Option for printing color numbers and reversal printing.
Option for dry method: steam or hot oil.
