Use:
It is suitable for printing web materials such as BOPPPETPVC
PENYpaper etc. The main control system is PLC Panasonic,
Japan. We use import element for control part and key part of the
machine.

Unwind, infeeding ,outfeeding, rewind are all used floating roll and AC
vector motor which composed
close-loop tension control system. (Seven motor tension control system).
traction, rewind are all controlled by AC vector motor.
Parameter set and tension show in front and back two man machines.
Rewind/unwind unit adopt independence turning double stations institution.
Ink cycle automatically.
Film drying adopt auto constant temperature system, with inner cycle
drying box, exhaust air
discharge and sirocco recycled device.
Auto register system.
Option for printing color numbers and reversal printing.
Option for dry method: steam or hot oil.
